It is so easy to blink and another year has gone by, but nothing has changed when it comes to your relationship with food and body.

You can set all the intentions in the world but if you still don’t feel good, then you still don’t feel good.

Is this you?

True change comes from consistency.

Yet there is an undeniable link between the iron deficient, ADHD core, rotten luteal phase, avoidant queens. For us, consistency can feel impossible.

A woman in a striped apron and flowing skirt is performing a dance or ritual outdoors near a table set with food and flowers. Another person is seated at the table, watching her, with their back to the camera. The setting is a wooded area with hanging paper lanterns and a wheelbarrow nearby.
For those that wish to be heard and held.

We were never supposed to do life this alone.

If you are single, living alone, working for yourself, and/or away from the place you grew up there is already so much you do by yourself.

Being supported and mirrored by another human helps unlock fresh perspectives while also offering you ground under your feet to take steps forward.

We can acknowledge that figuring out the wild west of the female body and learning how to consistently take care of it is a lot of work.

With these sessions, you don’t have to do it on your own.

You don’t have to heal in a perfect linear arrow upward. Instead you get to come up for air mid crash out with our sessions.

Your falls from grace get shorter and shorter. When we don’t have to rebrand our whole lives every other month, it becomes a lot easier to see growth.

  • Cycle syncing is the practice of shifting your food, movement, and lifestyle choices in alignment with your menstrual cycle. It acknowledges that a body with ovaries will have fluctuating needs throughout the the 4 different phases. Therefore, taking care of this body will look different throughout the month.

  • The sessions are 45 minutes. You will receive a Google Meet link to join our virtual meetings.

We typically open the session with breathwork to encourage your body to hang out with us throughout the conversation. It can feel a bit like talk therapy at the beginning with a focus on your experiences with body, cycle, and food.

We transition from you sharing towards food medicine solutions always keeping in mind what feels good for your lifestyle and preferences.

When we hit blocks we use the nervous system and bodywork to move through so that you always leave sessions feeling more capable and clear than when the chat started.

  • This is for the women with big dreams.

The ones who have gone through it physically and mentally. Despite not experiencing it firsthand yet, they believe that there is a more peaceful and thriving version of life in their body.

The ones who recognize that the body is the foundation of everything we do. Wherever we go, whatever we chase, it’s coming along for the ride.

The ones who want to experience true pleasure, that want to fall madly in love with taking care of themselves, the ones that want to have fun in the process of feeling good again. The ones that want to EAT.

Whether you are on the side of the spectrum that is burnt out from forcing things or the creative type that struggles with follow through we find a collective goal here: to step away from suffering and ask for more in this life.

  • You’re in the exact right spot. The session shifts to your individual needs.

If your period is straight up missing our food focus becomes the prequel to cycle syncing; blood sugar regulation, anti-inflammation, and nutrient diversity. This foundational approach paired with the stress management work we do together creates an ideal internal environment to bring your period back over time.

If you are on hormonal contraceptive, know that there is never any judgement. This is a viable option in the context of being a woman today. Adding cycle syncing and improving your connection to your body only helps you feel better.

Women that cycle sync at least 3 months prior to coming off of birth control report an easier transition. This is because regardless of the medicine’s influence on hormones, cycle syncing brings an infusion of nutrients that benefit overall health.

  • Sessions are available on a biweekly or weekly basis.

  • The monthly cost for biweekly sessions is $200 and the monthly cost for weekly is $350. You will receive an invoice to be filled before your first session of every month.

  • No you do not. I find we get a truer picture of your hormone story from your symptoms, period quality, and how you feel overall. We are building your understanding and connection to your body, the tools we use should feel accessible and human.

  • This is not digging up old traumas, blaming your childhood, and calling it a day. We are less focused on the past and more interested on how we regulate in this moment. These sessions are a yes and.

Yes you crash out the week before your period and then what?

Yes you have painful period cramps and then what?

Yes you have ADHD and then what?

Rather than getting caught up in diagnoses we figure out how to work with your unique system and food to continue walking the path of all that you desire.

  • If something comes up last minute we can try to find a replacement time within the same week as an alternative option. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours and there is no other time that works, the full fee is due

"As someone with ADHD, I’ve started and dropped so many wellness routines. I usually feel super put off by letting other people into my health journey because I don’t want to look like a failure. Literally every time the second half of the month came around anything I was working towards I just gave up on.

Katie gets it. Her coaching is the opposite of rigid. She accepts you as you are. We laughed, she validated my experience, and always simplifies ways I can support myself in the kitchen that I hadn’t thought of yet.

I’m actually feeling less avoidant towards life in general after a few calls and also immediately just more excited and loving towards my body.”

Hi guys <3 Here’s my lore drop.

In 2020 for the first time since I was 14 I didn’t have to work because my entire career had been in restaurants and teaching yoga which were not COVID friendly professions. In this moment of rest, my body fell apart and I got super sick. Essentially I could not eat anything.

No gluten, dairy, sugar, night shades, or oil. I remember writing a list titled, Food I Feel Safe Eating: ginger and turmeric. This was a tragic existence for a foodie like me.

At the same time my PMDD, migraines, and horrible period cramps (which I had since the dawn of my period) had gotten significantly worse. Half the month I was spending in bed. Perpetually uncomfortable in my body and fighting mental health demons.

One day I heard Alissa Vitti on the Expanded podcast and it changed my life. She made it clear that my suffering was completely unnecessary and offered a way out using the menstrual cycle and food as medicine.

After 3 months of being a loyal cycle syncing student I had a period that would make you believe in God. Cranberry red, no pain, no mood swings, no acne. The discomfort was replaced by genuine joy and connection to my body. I could also eat anything and not be bloated.

Once that happened I wanted every human with ovaries to know about this. I developed my own style of eating for the cycle that was less triggering to my ED past and more pleasure centered bringing in what I understood about the female nervous system.

In 2021 I began writing cycle syncing recipes and created the original version of katieflour.com to spread the word. This time was spent furthering my research into the benefit of different ingredients. I also dug deeper into the nervous system, gut health, bodywork, and my own ADHD.

I began coaching women around food and the cycle on a one to one basis in 2024. My experience as a teacher was improved through group workshops and retreats.

Throughout this entire time I was the guinea pig. Everything I teach I have lived which is how I am able to break down complex science of the body and food into relevant guidance for the modern woman.
