Thursday, February 12 - Get out the cold and join me for a cozy 3 course meal in my home.

On the menu:

  • Bone broth to gently open digestion and warm you from the inside out.

  • Couvert, served family style to keep blood sugar steady and spark sharing around the table. This includes my iconic focaccia recipe, baked fresh that day.

  • Cauliflower soup with egg yolk, herbs, and toasted buckwheat. Many intentional ingredients to support your liver in processing our gorgeous wine pairings.

  • Fresh hand-made pappardelle in a meat sauce, determined the day before based on what’s best at the butcher.

  • Nearly pudding-like brownie à la mode with salted hot fudge, golden extra virgin olive oil, and toasted seeds to help reduce blood sugar spikes.

The entire meal is a love note to your palate and your body, a table where nutrients meet pleasure.
