How to Start Cycle Syncing: The 4 Step Formula
Step 1 - Get clear on you.
Like post-blood clarity. Let’s wake it up.
To start cycle syncing, you need to know where you're making moves from.
Take a few days to journal and record what's going on with your body and environment.
Make notes on how you feel and what you see.
Write about your relationship to food, your body, and stress.
This isn't about judgement. It's a discovery.
As you write, ask yourself: what is true? It's easy to get caught up in the stories we tell ourselves. Do your best to stay rooted in reality.
Step 2 - Educate.

At this point, we’re looking for guidance to point us in the right direction. Information that doesn’t overwhelm. I’ve got you sorted.

The best thing to remember here is to give it time. Most of us were never exposed to the topic before. You don’t have to know everything overnight. Part of the beauty is in the process of learning by experience and this will unfold naturally over time.
Step 3 - Give it a try.

Once you've allowed time for the preproduction, we must take action.
Ask your body what it feels drawn to from your research. You might be more of a movement girly and cycle syncing your workouts could be your next step. My guess is that if you found me, you're probably into food.
Ways to start cycle syncing your food:
Swap cooking methods throughout your cycle (raw in ovulatory, warming in luteal)
Focus on cycling one type of ingredient (like vegetables)
Try seed cycling (ground flax and pumpkin seeds in follicular, sesame and sunflower in luteal)
Cook phase-specific recipes
For done for you support, head to the Cycle Syncing Recipe Library. These are phase specific recipes that are as delish as they are supportive to your body. Choose one to try and make a night of it, as if the meal were an offering to your cherished body.
Keep it simple. You don't need to switch up your whole life overnight. Small consistent action transforms your relationship to food and your body in a way that lasts.

Step 4 - Digest your results.
Bring in the luteal phase processing.
This step is not for doing, but rather for feeling. A vital part of creating a new life.
You must let your body and psyche absorb the new way of being. They will have notes. It's up to you to give them space to tell you what's working and what's not.
If feeling doesn't come naturally to you, the space thing is essential. Unplug from the external world and sit with your own breath, coming home to your body. That could be in your room or a retreat out in nature. Whatever's accessible.
